| Until May 17 | 100% of the registration fee will be refunded, excluding a refund fee (about 3% of the total amount). |
| From May 18 to June 30 | 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, excluding a refund fee (about 3% of the total amount). |
| After July 1 | no refund. |
