Visa assistance

If you need to apply for a Japanese visa, please fill in the visa application form and select the “visa application support” option (5,500 yen) when you register for the conference. After receiving the fee, we will make the following visa documents for you according to the form:

  • Letter of Guarantee
  • Letter of Reason for Invitation
  • Schedule of Stay

You can obtain a visa application form from the contact listed below. Please make your own application for visa acquisition at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate once you receive the documents. AJK FED2023 Organizers, Secretariat, and the Registration Desk are not responsible for the visa issuance. If you are uncertain about your visa requirements, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate General, or visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
